11. If KEAM qualified category claimed Produce score card
12. Passport size Photo

For Reservation Category

1. Caste Certificate
2. Income Certificate
3. Non Creamy Layer Certificate where ever applicable
4. Previous institution certificate if OEC
5. EWS certificate if claimed.
6. Nativity certificate for claiming Regional Weightage

Ex-Service men

1. Copy of Discharge book
2. Zila sainik welfare board certificate
