Where to get the application forms:

Application form for M. Pharm course can be had from the Office of the Principal, Dept. of Pharmaceu tical Sciences, Cheruvandoor, Ettumanoor P.O., Kottayam. To receive by post, apply to the Principal, Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with D.D. worth Rs. 230/-.
The cost of the application form and the prospectus is Rs. 200/- (an extra of Rs. 30 has to be paid as service charge to the bank).
Application forms can be had by registered post if the request is made to the Manager; SBT, M.G. University Campus Branch along with D.D. worth Rs. 260/- (all inclusive) drawn in favour of The Finance Officer, M.G. University and payable at SBT, M.G. University Campaus Branch (Code - 669), Full Postal Ad dress with pincode of the Applicant is to be entered on reverse of the DD in block letters.
Application forms are not available from any other source.
The applicant has to remit Rs. 300/- as Registration fee (for SC/ST students -Rs. 150/-) which enabling the aspirant to apply for a maximum of 3 course in a school. The amount is to be paid by the way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Finance Officer, M.G. University, payable at SBT, M.G. University Campus Branch.
